Leading Australia and New Zealand smart metering provider and energy data specialists, the Intellihub Group, has appointed Jonathan Hammond as its Chief Executive Officer – New Zealand.
Mr Hammond has extensive experience within the energy sector – and his appointment comes after several years as a key member of the Intellihub Group’s leadership team.
He most recently served as its Executive General Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development.
He has been integral to the Group’s strategic endeavours in both Australia and New Zealand – extending its smart metering coverage, expanding its solar, battery and EV service offerings, as well as being responsible for leading M&A activity.
Prior to joining the Intellihub Group in 2018, he held roles at Origin Energy and inother consulting firms.
Mr Hammond will be responsible for building on Intellihub’s progress in New Zealand in recent years, as the Group endeavours to deliver smarter and more sustainable energy solutions to the market.

Mr Hammond officially commenced in his role this January.
